HQHR stores the information you submit with an application — your name, contact details, resume and any note — solely to evaluate you for the role you applied to and, with your consent, for similar roles we run. We do not sell your data. Your resume is stored privately and accessed only by HQHR staff working your application. To have your information corrected or deleted, email talent@hqhr.co and we will action it within 30 days. We retain application data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
